Get Involved

Thank you for your interest in the CERN Foundation. Although our organization is comprised of mostly medical providers working diligently to find breakthroughs in ependymoma research, there are opportunities for you to help as well.

1. Take our Ependymoma Outcomes (EO) Project survey.

All adults with ependymoma are encouraged to fill out our Ependymoma Outcomes (EO) Project survey. This data will help the CERN Foundation capture important quality of life information as we move forward with future clinical trials.

2. Donate Now!

We welcome any financial donations. The CERN Foundation is a private foundation. The vast majority of funding comes from a limited number of individuals/organizations dedicated to the CERN Foundation mission. Thank you to all those contributors thus far. All money can be made to the CERN Foundation and mailed to the following address: 6450 Poe Avenue, Suite 201, Dayton OH 45414. A thank you letter will be sent out confirming the non-profit donation for tax purposes.
